1. Returns and Exchanges

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If we made an error and shipped the wrong item(s), please contact us right away. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send the replacement item(s) to you. If the replacement item(s) are of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Cancellation Policy

At UK17, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order or ordered it erroneously, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched or within 24 hours of the order. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

2. The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be cancelled once the specified time has passed.

3. In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

4. In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

5. UK 17 reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. UK 17 also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
